User - centered design is not about making everything the way the users ask for. It is more about discovering our users’ needs and habits and consciously responding to them. We will be teaching this during the training.

Who is the training for?

The training is for the designers and entrepreneurs who are running their business on the Internet. It will allow them to learn design principles that will be helpful when creating all kinds of websites.

Discussed issues

During the training we will be talking about the principles and tools helping to design websites that will fulfill their role well.

We will be talking about how to:

• ask the users questions
• create personas
• build information architecture
• look for an inspiration in design process
• assess conceptions
• create drafts
• write specifications

And about many other interesting things. We will also answer all your questions. We will connect theoretical issues to the examples from projects we participated in.
