What is the vision of the website and what are its three most important aims? If you can answer these two questions without thinking, it means that the strategic workshop is not necessary. If you cannot answer, we suggest organising that kind of meeting.
Strategic workshops are a tool that allows to crystallize a vision of a company or a website. Many great ideas have failed because of lack of one common vision shared by all team members. In many cases the lack of success was caused by inappropriate actions - the idea has stopped at the implementation stage.
That is why during the workshops, using a few basic questions, we make an analysis of the idea about a website. The SWOT analysis is essential here but it is just the beginning. We analyse together the following elements:
We work by combining brainstorming and voting techniques thank to which we achieve specific results. Depending on the structure, the workshops last from 4 to 6 hours.
Strategic workshops are for the companies that create new solutions - start ups - the companies that enter the Internet or want to change their operating strategy on the Internet. If you have an idea but it is not specified, it is worth checking and improving it during the workshops. Being in the same line of business and looking at your idea from the outside, we are able to assess its strong and weak points, as well as to polish it. It may turn out that a few hours of our work will save you a few weeks of a time wasted on developing the inappropriate elements of the idea.
After completing the workshops, you will get full documentation in the form of presentations with pictures. However, its most important elements are two documents - One Page Strategy that is a synthesis of a company’s strategy and should be put above each employee’s desk and a brief which will be used for further work on the project.
